You have 7 days after purchase to contact us if you have any issues. If you pick up the item you are fully responsible for any damage that might happen during pick up. We ask that you prepare yourself by removing any items from your vehicle and bring some moving blankets or something for cushioning. We always do the very best we can and this is our art work so nothing is absolutely perfect to everyone so please make sure to ask the right questions. We do not accept exchanges.
